East Region Championships: This Level 1 School is being specifically held in conjunction with the 2007 USATF East Region Open & Club Track & Field Championship. It provides the opportunity to observe high-level athletes and afford Level 1 participants applicable and practical experience at a regional track & field competition. Attendance is optional. Directions

From the South: I-87 (Thruway) to Exit 24; I-90 East to Exit 2; cross Washington Avenue onto campus and turn left, you are now on University Drive.

From the West: I-90 (Thruway) to Exit 24; I-90 East to Exit 2; cross Washington Avenue onto campus and turn left, you are now on University Drive.

From the North: I-87 (Northway) to Exit 1; I-90 East to Exit 2; cross Washington Avenue onto campus and turn left, you are now on University Drive.

From the East: I-90 West to Exit 2; left onto Fuller Road; left onto Washington Avenue; first right onto campus and turn left, you are now on University Drive.

From Albany International Airport: Exit the airport onto Albany-Shaker Road; follow signs to I-87; turn right onto I-87 South; I-87 to Exit 1; I-90 East to Exit 2; cross Washington Avenue onto campus and turn left, you are now on University Drive.

Once on campus: From University Drive, take your first right onto Collins Circle. Visitors Parking is found on the cobble stones at the top of the circle.

Instructors

• David Kerrin, Jumps, Over 13 years of coaching experience in high schools and 14th year at Middlebury College, has coached numerous New England champions, is a USATF Level 3 instructor, and was recently named the national chairperson for the women's high jump.
• Oscar Jensen, Throws and Philosophy, One of the most prolific Level 1 instructors in America. He has served in several capacities at the sectional and state level. Oscar has coached countless sectional and state champions in over 40 years at Liverpool and Balwinsville High Schools. He has been recognized regionally and nationally for his coaching excellence and contributions.
• Jenne Potter, Sprints/Hurdles/Relays, Head Women's Coach at Ithaca College. Former NCAA All-American while attending Ithaca College. Has coached at the Division I and III levels winning several "Coach of the Year" honors. Is currently a USATF Level 2 coach for both the Sprints/Hurdles/Relays and Jumps.
• Russ Ebbetts, Sports Science and Endurance, Russ is currently the editor of Track Coach Magazine, the technical journal for USA Track & Field. He has coached at the high school and collegiate levels and has served as the national team chiropractor to three world championships. Russ has lectured throughout the United States, Caribbean and Scandinavia on health, fitness and sport. He is currently on the faculty at New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY.
