In their own words...
Running achievement I am most proud of: Running as a member of USA 100
km Team for the first time at age of 43 and setting a new American age Record,
leading our Team to the bronze medal at the IUA World Championships (2002).
Why I run: I love to challenge my physical and mental limitations as
the years goes by. "Running is the classical road to self-consciousness,
self-awareness self-reliance."
Future Goals: I would like to run faster and set new standards
for Master women for future generations.
Favorite quote: "Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's
courage"- Anais Nin
