Biography

Dave has run over 95,000 miles in 16 countries and 48 states.  He has been injured over 500 times. When injured he has been known to train up to 4 hours a day on a stationary bike!  Dave once ran twice in the same day, more than 24 hours apart (thanks to the International Date Line).

In their own words...

Running achievement I am most proud of: Silver medal at World mountain championships.

Why I run: You mean there is another option?

Future Goals: Continue running and racing, pass 100,000 miles lifetime mileage. Run across the Grand Canyon this summer.
