24 Hour Fitness, the official fitness center sponsor of the 2004 U.S. Olympic Team, created its Commitment to Athletes program to help as many U.S. Olympic hopefuls as possible reach their dreams. Three key areas define 24 Hour Fitness' game plan to support America's athletes:

• Providing employment positions
• Offering great membership rates at the more than 300 state-of-the-art facilities nationwide
• Refurbishing Olympic Training Centers in the U.S. and building High Performance Centers for the U.S. Teams competing at the Olympic Games in Athens, Torino and Beijing

24 Hour Fitness Careers for Elite Olympic Hopefuls Program (CEOH)

Through CEOH*, 24 Hour Fitness employs U.S. Olympic hopefuls in clubs nationwide. Job opportunities provide U.S. athletes with additional benefits, including:

• Flexible work schedules to accommodate training and competitions
• Full compensation and employee benefits
• Opportunity to attain full personal trainer certification
• Access to all 24 Hour Fitness locations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

* CEOH athletes must meet USOC criteria to be eligible for this employment program.

Additional Employment Opportunities

To the best of its ability, 24 Hour Fitness will try to find jobs for U.S. athletes who do not meet the CEOH criteria, but are interested in joining the 24 Hour Fitness team. The benefits packages will be adapted accordingly.

Memberships

In addition to granting more than 200 "Gold Medal Memberships" to U.S. Hopefuls, 24 Hour Fitness offers special discounted 24 Hour Fitness U.S. Olympic Membership Rates for additional U.S. Olympians, Hopefuls and their families. Clubs are open for U.S. athletes to train 24/7!

Facilities

24 Hour Fitness is committed to helping U.S. Olympic athletes train in the best facilities available with the best equipment. The company is currently upgrading the three U.S. Olympic Training Centers (Colorado Springs is already completed) as well as designing, outfitting and staffing High Performance centers onsite for the 2004 - 2008 U.S. Olympic Teams who will compete in the Olympic Games in Athens, Torino and Beijing.
