Housing and Meals

Dorm: TBA

• R&B package for first-time Level 2 participants includes housing from 7/1 through 7/8 and three meals per day beginning with dinner on 7/1 and concluding with dinner on 7/8.
• R&B package for Level 2 Alumni includes housing from 7/4 through 7/8 and meals beginning with the group social on 7/4 and concluding with dinner on 7/8.
• R&B package for ITC & Alumni includes housing from 7/1 through 7/8 and three meals per day beginning with dinner on 7/1 and concluding with dinner on 7/8.

No early check-in or late check-out (of dorms) will be permitted. If you arrive before July 1 (July 4 for alumni) or plan to leave after July 9, you must secure your own off-campus housing. Housing is included on July 8 for Level 2 participants.

Dorm Check-in

You may check into your dorm any time after 2:00 p.m. on the day of your assigned arrival.

Key/Meal Card Deposit

A $20.00 deposit will be required to pick up your room key and meal card. The following charges will be assessed for lost items:

• Room Key - $20.00
• Front Door Key - $10.00
• Meal Card - $10.00

Linens

Linens, including pillow, sheets, blanket, bath towel, and washcloth are included. Participants must supply their own toiletries.
