Classes and Attendance

Classes will be held in various locations in the ISAT/CS & Health & Human Services buildings on the JMU campus. 100% attendance is mandatory at all sessions. Be on time.

Starting and Ending Dates/Times

Packet pick-up will be held in the lobby of the College Center on July 22 (for first-time participants) from 3:00-5:00 p.m. The Level 2 School will start promptly at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 22. All first-time participants must be present at this time.

The program will conclude with student evaluations of the staff and graduation at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 29. Attendance at the closing session is mandatory in order to receive your Level 2 certificate. When making travel arrangements, keep in mind that the entire program will last until 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 29, but please be advised that you should not purchase a plane ticket until after you are notified of acceptance into the school. The room and board package does include housing on Saturday, July 29.

Level 2 Alumni Arrival Time

All Level 2 Alumni participants must register (in the lobby of the College Center) from 3:00-3:45 p.m. on Tuesday, July 25. Please note that alumni will not be allowed to check in prior to July 25.

Departure Time

All Level 2 participants must check out of their dorms before 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, July 30. The Level 2 School concludes by 6:00 p.m. on July 29. Participants may depart anytime after that. Housing for July 29 is included in the room and board package. Please note that departure prior to the closing session will result in the forfeiture of your Level 2 certificate. You will leave with newfound knowledge, but not your USATF Level 2 certificate!
