Housing and Meal Packages

Available dorms are Potomac Hall and/or Chesapeake Hall.

  • Room & Board package for first-time Level 2 participants includes housing from 7/9 through 7/16. Three meals/day beginning with dinner on 7/9 and concluding with dinner on 7/16.
  • Room & Board package for Level 2 Alumni includes housing from 7/12 through 7/16 and meals beginning with the group social on 7/12 and concluding with dinner on 7/16.
  • Room & Board package for ITC & Alumni includes housing from 7/9 through 7/16. Three meals/day beginning with dinner on 7/9 and concluding with dinner on 7/16.
  • Room & Board package for ITC only includes housing from 7/9 through 7/12. Three meals/day beginning with dinner on 7/9 and concluding with the group social on 7/12.
  • Room & Board package for Level 1 includes housing from 7/9 through 7/11. Three meals/day beginning with dinner on 7/9 and concluding with the dinner on 7/11.
  • Room & Board package for Level 3 & Alumni includes housing from 7/9 through 7/16. Three meals/day beginning with dinner on 7/9 and concluding with dinner on 7/16.
  • Room & Board package for Level 3 only includes housing from 7/9 through 7/11. Three meals/day beginning with dinner on 7/9 and concluding with the dinner on 7/11.

Key/Meal Card Deposit

A $20.00 deposit will be required to pick up your room key and meal card. Only a credit card number (Visa and/or MasterCard) will be accepted for this deposit and must be submitted at time of check-in.

Dorm Check-In and Check-Out

You may check into your dorm any time after 2:00 p.m. on the day of your assigned arrival.

All Level 2 participants must check out of their dorms before 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, July 17. The Level 2 school concludes by 6:00 p.m. on July 16. Participants may depart anytime after that. Housing for July 16 is included in the room & board package, and participants are encouraged to stay that night and enjoy some post-school socializing with their fellow Level 2 graduates. Please note that departure prior to the closing session will result in the forfeiture of your Level 2 certificate. You will leave with newfound knowledge, but not USATF Level 2 certificate!

No early check-in or late check-out (of dorms) will be permitted. If you arrive before July 9 (July 12 for alumni) or plan to leave after July 17, you must secure your own off-campus housing. Nearby hotels include Comfort Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, Days Inn, Hampton Inn, and Jameson Inn.

Linens, including pillow, sheets, blanket, bath towel and washcloth are included.
