Mississippi State University is located in northeastern Mississippi. It is located approximately 2 hours from Memphis, TN, Jackson, MS and Birmingham, AL. The Level One School will take place in the Shira Athletic Center on the campus of Mississippi State. (Detailed directions and further information will be supplied to all pre-registrants).

Instructors
Bryan Fetzer- Fetzer enters his second season at Mississippi State University. He has made his mark during the first season, helping Marrissa Harris win the 2008 SEC Heptathlon title and All-American status. His athletes broke four school records and had twenty-four top five all-time MSU performances. Before coming to Mississippi State, Bryan has coached at the University of California-Berkeley, Ball State, Gardner-Webb University and Ranger Junior College. During his coaching career he has coached sixteen National Champions, seventy-four All-Americans and six IAAF Ranked Athletes. Following the 2008 season, he was named to the 2008 IAAF World Junior Championship Staff by USATF. In addition to collegiate athletes, Bryan has consulted and worked on speed/power development and strength training with several professionals athletes in the NFL, Arena Football League, WNBA, WUSA and MLB.
Paul Brueske - Former Jaguar Track and Field athlete Paul Brueske returned to his alma mater in January when he was named Head Coach of the Women's Track and Field team. Brueske has spent the last two years as head coach of the men's track program at St. Paul’s Episcopal High School, where he led the team to back-to-back Alabama High School Athletic Association Class 5A outdoor state championships in 2006 and 2007. The Saints were also the 2007 indoor champions. Additionally, 15 student-athletes earned individual state titles during his tenure. Prior to his arrival at St. Paul's High, Brueske worked with the UMS-Wright Preparatory track & field program and spent two seasons as the field events coach at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan, from 2000-02.
Houston Franks - Franks enters his fifth year coaching men’s distance runners at Mississippi State University. Has been an integral part to the recent success of the MSU men’s cross country program. Prior to returning to Starkville, Franks spent five years at Southwest Missouri State University (now Missouri State University). While at SMS, Franks served as head cross country coach for the Bears. While there, he won three Missouri Valley Conference women’s titles. His women’s teams finished in the top four at the NCAA Midwest Regional's during his last three years and his men’s squads finished in the top half of the conference during all five seasons. During the track and field season the Bears captured three indoor and outdoor league championships on the women’s side. Franks was a three-time MVC Coach of the Year in women’s cross country. He annually serves as a USATF Level 2 instructor for the endurance events.
