Refund policy: Only 1/2 of the registration fee ($62.50) will be refunded after the registration deadline, and no refund will be given after the start date.
Important Information
For participants to access the
internet from their rooms they will need Ethernet cords. You
should bring your own Ethernet cord, the university will not
supply one. There is a computer lab available, but we
anticipate that it will be very busy.

Air Travel
Chicago is serviced by all major airlines in O'Hare International and Midway Airports.
Ground Transportation
Taxi service from O'Hare International Airport to Loyola will run approximately $35.00 each way. Loyola can also be reached on Chicago's mass transit rail system at approximately $6.00 each way. From O'Hare, you would take the Blue Line into downtown and then change to the Red Line. There is a stop at Loyola University
USATF will not be offering any ground transportation for this school.
Parking
Parking will be available on the Loyola University campus for a fee of $6.00 per day, payable upon arrival to the campus.

Lodging
An optional housing and mail plan is available for those who register before
May 25, 2007. (The early deadline is necessary because USATF must provide Loyola
University with the final count of room and meal plan needs no later than May
28). The housing and meal plan includes housing from June 30-July 2 and three
meals a day beginning with dinner of June 30 and concluding with dinner on July
2. There will be no early check-in or late check-out allowed at the dorm. Linens
including a pillow, sheets, blanket and bath towel and wash cloth are included.
There will be a $20 deposit required to pick up your room key and meal card.
