Instructors

  • Chris Polakowski, Jumps and Biomotor skills: Long-time Level 1 Lead Instructor, has coached successfully at both the High School and Collegiate levels in the jumping events. He currently does a great deal of work with USA Powerlifting.
  • Oscar Jensen, Throws and Philosophy: Long-time Level 1 instructor, has coached countless sectional and state champions in over 40 years at Liverpool and Baldwinsville High Schools, has been recognized regionally and nationally for his coaching excellenece and contributions.
  • Jennifer Potter: Sprints, Hurdles and Relays: Head Women's Coach at Ithaca College, former NCAA All-American while a student at Ithaca College, has coached at the Division I and Division III levels winning several "Coach of the Year" honors. USATF Level 2 Coach in Sprints, Hurdles and Jumps.
  • Russ Ebbets, Sport Sciences and Endurance: Editor of Track Coach, Doctor of Chiropractic on the faculty at New York Chiropractic College, former coach at Shenendahowa High School and Union College, and author of the book Super Nova.
