Refund policy: Only 1/2 of the registration fee ($62.50) will be refunded after the registration deadline, and no refund will be given after the start date.

Directions

From the East:
Take the Long Island Expressway to exit 49N. Continue on the service road past Rte 110 and then watch for the hotel entrance.

From the West: Take the Long Island Expressway to exit 49S. Make the first left onto Walt Whitman Road, cross the expressway and the hotel will be the first building on your right.

From Islip Airport
: Take Veterans Hwy west to Long Island Expressway west, then as above from the east.

From LaGuardia: Take Grand Central Pkwy east. You will be able to switch to the Long Island Expressway (495) and then as above from the west.

From JFK: Take the Van Wyck Expwy north to the Long Island Expressway and then as above from the west.

We strongly suggest Islip. Traffic from other airports on a Friday afternoon will be very slow.

Instructors

  • Russ Ebbets: Editor of Track Coach, Doctor of Chiropractic, former coach at Shenendoah High School and Union College, and author of the book Super Nova
  • Syd Martin: 7-time CHSAA Coach of the Year, 2000 NY State Indoor champions, 2000 US High School Coach of the Year, USATF Level 2 Coach in all areas
  • John Martin: 22 years as a youth coach and 9 years as a High School coach, 2-time USATF Youth Athletics Coach of the Year, 2-time Section XI Coach of the Year, USATF Level 2 Coach in all areas, Long Island Track & Field Youth Chair
  • Ray Lapinski: 30-years coaching experience at the Club, High School and NCAA Division I levels. Clubs have won nationals championships, and athletes have included national and world record holders. Assistant Coach at Yale University from 1987-1992. Has served as the head coach of a USA National Team on three occasions.
