$125.00 - Pre-registration (received by December 1, 2006)
$150.00 - Late Registration (received after December 1, 2006 or on-site)

Refund policy: Only 1/2 of the registration fee ($62.50) will be refunded after the registration deadline, and no refund will be given after the start date.

• Marc Rodriguez, throws coach for the last 15 years. Has coached at Manchester College, Indiana State University and the University of Louisville.
