Registration Information

As a special bonus, you will receive a special all-sessions ticket to the 2006 AT&T USA Outdoor Track & Field Championships and receive a discount coupon to the USATF Merchandise Tent at the Championships. This Bronze ticket package is priced at $40 (a 25% savings off of the regular price) and is not available to the public. If you would like to upgrade to Gold or Silver tickets, please e-mail the Local Organizing Committee. Tickets will be available for pick-up at school registration on June 20. ALL received registrations are posted on the Registration Status page (list is updated hourly).

Refund policy: Only 1/2 of the school registration fee ($62.50) will be refunded after the registration deadline, and no refund will be given after the start date.

Special Opportunity (if you cannot attend all days of the school)

The event group sessions will be open to daily walk-in registrations for $25 (includes one Bronze event ticket for that day) on a space-available basis.

NOTE: The Level 1 certificate (which is needed to attend Level 2) is only available to those who attend all school sessions and successfully complete the Level 1 exam (available on-line after the conclusion of the school).

Housing

A special $81/night rate at the Best Western Downtown is available for a limited time. This special rate requires a Saturday, June 24 check-out (the rate may be extended to a Sunday check-out, based on availability, at check-in). E-mail USATF for more information. A variety of other hotels are available at various price levels. Please visit the Indianapolis Convention & Visitors Association website for various hotel options.

School Location

All sessions are in the IUPUI Lecture Hall (marked "LE" on the map) which is Northeast of the Track Stadium. Signs will direct you to the specific classroom for each day's session.

Driving Directions

IUPUI is located on the west side of downtown Indianapolis. Vehicle access to the campus may be made from interstate highways I-65 and I-70, with exits - on both the North and South sides of town - onto West Street/Martin Luther King Blvd. From there, take Michigan Street (which is one-way west), onto campus.  (see map)

Parking

Free parking is available in the parking lots designated as Track & Field Championship spectator parking. The Lecture Hall, Stadium and parking lots are all within a short walk of one another. Please observe all parking regulations (as posted in each lot).

Note: For Tuesday's session only, park in the Barnhill Parking Garage (marked XH on the map). The Barnhill Garage is immediately North of the Track Stadium and West of the Lecture Hall.
