Directions to the hotel: From DFW Int'l Airport, take the South exit and follow 183 West/360 South highway signs. Take highway 360 South approximately 10 miles to the Lamar Blvd. exit. Driving Directions to Maverick Stadium

From Interstate 30 (North of UTA): Exit Fielder Road and head south. Turn left at Mitchell Street. Once you are on Mitchell Street, the first right is into the Maverick Stadium parking lot.

From Interstate 20 (South of UTA): Exit Cooper Street (UT-Arlington exit) and head north. From Cooper Street, turn left at Mitchell Street. Follow Mitchell across the light at Davis Drive, continuing straight on Mitchell. Maverick Stadium will be on your right hand side.

Instructors

Carl Sheffield, Jr.: Associate Head Coach at North Texas University with more than ten years coaching experience in the Sun Belt Conference. While at UNT, Coach Sheffield has produced several All-Conference and NCAA regional qualifiers.

Randy Adair: USATF Level 2 Coach in Sprints/Hurdles/Relays and Combined Events. Coach Adair has 29 years of coaching experience in Texas, winning State Championships in track and cross country. Coach Adair has coached several state champions and record-setting athletes and is currently a teacher and coach at Highland Park HS in Dallas.

Thomas Dibbern: Assistant Men's & Women's Track/Cross Country Coach at Angelo State University. Coach Dibbern is a USATF Level 1 Coach in Jumps, Throws, Sprints/Hurdles/Relays, and Combined Events.
