Registration Information

$125.00 - Pre-registration (if postmarked by Saturday, December 3, 2005)
$150.00 - Late Registration (if postmarked after Saturday, December 3, 2005 or on-site)

Refund policy: Only 1/2 of the registration fee ($62.50) will be refunded after the registration deadline and no refund will be given after the start date.
