Directions to Ames

From the Des Moines International Airport: Turn left (north) on Fleur Drive. Proceed on Fleur Drive to I-235 East. (I-235 turns into I-35 North just outside the Des Moines city limits.) Go 35 miles on I-35 North. Take Highway 30 West (exit 111B). Ames is the next three exits; Dayton Rd., Duff Avenue and Elwood Drive. Drive Time is 45-50 minutes.
