Housing and Meal Packages

Available dorms are Potomac Hall and/or Chesapeake Hall.

• Room & Board package for Level 1 includes housing from 7/9 through 7/11. Three meals/day beginning with dinner on 7/9 and concluding with the dinner on 7/11.

Key/Meal Card Deposit

A $20.00 deposit will be required to pick up your room key and meal card. Only a credit card number (Visa and/or MasterCard) will be accepted for this deposit and must be submitted at time of check-in.

Dorm Check-In and Check-Out

You may check into your dorm any time after 2:00 p.m. on the day of your assigned arrival.

No early check-in or late check-out (of dorms) will be permitted. If you arrive before July 9 or plan to leave after July 12, you must secure your own off-campus housing. Nearby hotels include Comfort Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, Days Inn, Hampton Inn, and Jameson Inn.

Linens

Linens, including pillow, sheets, blanket, bath towel and washcloth are included.
