Travel Information

Raleigh Durham International (RDU) is the closest airport (25-30 minutes). Piedmont Triad International (GSO) in Greensboro (50-60 minutes) is also worth checking, especially if you have a rental car.

Andrew Allden: School Director and Instructor for the Endurance Events; Former Head Track and Cross Country Coach at Coastal Carolina University; Certified Level 1 and Level 2 Endurance; Coached the 2001 NCAA Division I 800m champion; College coach for 18 years.

Ronald Grigg: Instructor for Sprints; Director of Track & Field at Jacksonville University; USATF Level 2 School Instructor for Sprints/Hurdles/Relays; Level 2 Certified in Sprints/Hurdles/Relays, Jumps, Throws, and Combined Events.

Oscar Jensen: Instructor for Throws; Level 3 Certified Coach; Level 1 and Level 2 Certified Instructor for Throws, Strength Training, and Biomechanics; H.S. coach for 40 years in New York State (coach of numerous state champions).

Lori Shepard: Instructor for Hurdles and Jumps; Head Women's Track & Field Coach at Vanderbilt University; Coached the 1997 NCAA Division I 400m Hurdles champion.

Wendy Truvillion: Instructor for Jumps; Coach at McEachern H.S.; Former head coach at Georgia Tech. and Assistant Coach at Penn State.
