Athletes who are not members of these Associations may compete as a guest but will not officially score in the championship. Masters athletes from outside the region
will be awarded duplicate medals if they finish in the top 3 in their age
division.

* East Region Masters Track & Field Committee surcharge of $5 per athlete is
included in the above fees.
All fees are non-transferable
and non-refundable. No entry will be considered completed unless it is
accompanied by full payment of fees and all required documents (see below).
Relay Entries
Relay team members must be entered as individuals in the meet in at least one other event. $10 per relay, payable at time of declaration.
One club entry per type of relay. Relay Team declaration by 9:30 AM on meet day. Must include only registered teams and team members.

Masters Championships and after
completing your entry
the
status of entry page indicates “info. needed”
you should
fax a
copy of your birth certificate or the information page of your
passport--with your membership number written on it to the USATF National
Office at 800-833-1466.
Awards
USATF East Region Championship medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers
in each age division in each event (gold, silver and bronze); Masters athletes
from outside the region do not displace those from within the region but will be
awarded duplicate medals.
USATF East Region Championship patches will be awarded to athletes winning an event: Masters athletes from outside the region do not
receive patches; only one patch will be awarded per athlete, not matter how many events they win.
Plaques will be awarded to the top two masters teams.
Team Scoring
Individual and relay events will be scored 5-3-2-1.

Throwing Implements / Pole Vault Poles / Hurdles
At least one implement will be provided for each age group in each throwing event;
Masters athletes may also provide their own age division appropriate implements. All throwing implements must be inspected and approved prior
to use in competition. All athletes must provide their own pole vault poles. Hurdles are adjustable to 30" only.
