4. WEEKLY PRIZE WINNERS: Weekly Prize Winners will be selected on or about January 31, 2011 (Week One), February 7, 2011 (Week Two), and February 28, 2011 (Week Three) based on the top three scores achieved during the appropriate week from among all Eligible Entries received by the Online Deadline. GRAND PRIZE WINNER: One Grand Prize Winner will be selected on or about February 28, 2011 (or Week Three) under the supervision of USATF from among all Eligible Entries received by the Online Deadline. Limit one (1) prize per person or household.

TIEBREAKER: In the event of a tie, the tie will be broken, for the purpose of determining a sweepstakes prize winner, using the following methodology:

·         The team with the most "first place" finishes for that event will be declared that week's winner

·         If a tie still exists after determining the number of “first place” finishers, the tied team with the most "second place" finishes will be declared that week's winner

·         If a tie still exists after consideration of the foregoing criteria, the tied team with the most "third place" finishes will be declared that week's winner

·         This process will continue until a weekly winner is determined, or if it is impossible for the tie to be broken, the remaining teams will go into a random drawing to select that week's winner.

5. ODDS: The actual odds of winning a Grand Prize or a Weekly Prize will depend upon the total number of Eligible Entries received for the applicable weekly Pick-N-Win game and/or the overall Pick-N-Win Visa Championship Series Game.
