Entry Information

You must be a 2010 USATF member to enter the 2010 U.S. Area Youth Olympic Selection Trials – Track & Field.  If you do not have a 2010 membership, please complete a membership application first. You must also be a U.S. citizen and meet the eligibility requirements and qualifying standards.

• Online entry is the only method of entry.
• A 2010 USATF membership is required to enter the Championships. Join Today!
• To enter the Championships, you will be required to provide your 2010 USATF membership number and password. Retrieve your password.
• For Entries close to the deadlines: Although we will make every reasonable effort, we cannot guarantee responses to requests for passwords. Please do not wait until the last minute to enter!
• After completing your entry online, please fax a copy of your birth certificate, driver’s license, or the information page of your passport to the USATF National Office at 800-833-1466.

Entry Status

To check the status of your entry, visit the Status of Entries page (status information is updated hourly). ALL received entries (both online and paper) are shown on the Status of Entries page.

Entry Fees and Deadlines

All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Online entries must be paid for by credit card (USATF only accepts Visa) or electronic funds transfer ("electronic checks").

NOTE: No late entries will be processed. The online entry system will not accept entries after March 29. Requests for entry consideration after the deadlines will not receive a response. Please enter on-time!

Required Documents

Proof-of-age verification is required for this meet. If your entry is listed as "info needed" on the Status of Entries page or if you are notified during the online entry process, you must submit a proof-of-age document (a copy of your birth certificate or passport) with your membership number written on it. This must be RECEIVED by USATF on or before March 26 as follows:

Athletes will not be considered to be entered in the meet and will not be able to pick up their packets on-site unless their status is listed as "qualified" on the Status of Entries page.
