Packet Pickup

In the Queen City Organizing Committee’s best effort to be a green event, a disposable bag to carry registration items will not be provided at packet pickup.
Packet pickup will operate on the following schedule:

XC Competition Shuttle Bus transportation wristbands for those who did not take advantage of the Stay, Ride & Run Charlotte promotion can be purchased for $10 roundtrip per day per person at packet pickup on Thursday evening & Friday all day.

All non-competing attendees will have to purchase a wristband for $5 at packet pick-up to gain the same access of the competing athlete. NO wristbands will be sold at the door.
