• 2 Complimentary "XC Competition Shuttle Bus" vouchers per day, per reservation, for transportation to and from the competition venue, McAlpine Park Greenway, on Friday, December 10th and Saturday, December 11th. • Complimentary wristbands for athletes registered for the event for free access to the Awards Ceremony and Post Race Celebration plus free cover throughout Saturday night into Whiskey River, Suite & Blackfinn within the EpiCentre in Uptown Charlotte. (Additional wristbands for same access for non-competing attendees can be purchased at packet pick-up for $5 each per person)

• Entered into a raffle drawing to win 2 complimentary hotel rooms for 2 nights during the  Championships. The drawing will be conducted one month prior to the event - all entries will be notified one week prior to the drawing and immediately after the drawing has concluded when the winner has been chosen.

After confirming your reservation at one of the official hotels, please send an email to Tim Morgan, Chairman of the Queen City Organizing Committee, at tim.morgan@visitcharlotte.com outlining the following:

• Name on the reservation
• Hotel
• Number of people staying in the hotel room
• Number of nights staying in the hotel room
• City & State of Origin

This information is requested ONLY for confirmation to minimize discrepancies with each official hotel, to make sure the correct number of complimentary shuttle vouchers are distributed to each reservation and to maximize your experience taking advantage of the Stay, Ride & Run Charlotte Promotion.
