Packet Pick-up

Packet pick-up will take place at Alumni Center which is located just across the street from the track at the southeast end (adjacent to the main entrance track which is Gate 4) during the following times:

Wednesday, July 21 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Thursday, July 22 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday, July 23 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, July 24 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, July 25 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

If you have an event starting before 8 am and haven 't previously picked up you packet, you can pick it up at the clerking tent when you arrive at the track.

When you pick up your packet please indicate if you do not plan to participate in any of the events you entered. On the outside of your packet there will be a sticker which will show your name, number, age group and events entered. Please check it to make sure it is correct. It will not be possible to correct any mistakes after that time. Note each bib should have the same computer generated sticker so that there is no confusion when you check-in at the clerking area or the field event venue. The only event which can be added at this time for $10 is the Shuttle Hurdle Relays which will be run as an exhibition event by age group at the end of the meet.

If you have a problem please contact the people at the Protest Table in the Alumni Center who will contact the appropriate Games Committee member or referee for resolution.
