Entry Information

You must be a 2010 USATF member to enter the Championships.  If you do not have a 2010 membership, please complete a membership application first.  You must also meet the eligibility requirements.

Entry Status

To check the status of your entry visit the Status of Entries page (statuses are updated hourly). ALL received entries (both online and paper) are posted on the Status of Entries page.

Entry Information

Entry Fees and Deadlines

The entry fee for the Championships is $35 per athlete. Late online entries incur an additional $25 late fee per athlete (total $60) while late on-site entries incur an additional $45 late fee per athlete (total $80) There is no additional fee for teams.

Online entries must be paid for by credit card ("Visa - the only credit card accepted by USATF") or electronic funds transfer ("electronic checks").  On-site entry fees may be paid with cash or check only. Faxed and day-of-race entries will not be accepted. All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Online Team Declaration (indicate your scoring runners and move runners among A & B teams)

Entry Process

• The preferred method of entry is online.
• Individual Entries:  Individuals not competing as part of a team should enter using the Individual Entry form.
• Team Entries: All team entries should be completed using the Team Entry form. If athletes are not entered through the Team Entry form, the team must complete the Online Team Declaration form (see below) in order to indicate its scoring runners and form a scoring team.
• To enter the Championships online, you will be required to provide your 2010 USATF membership number and password (click here to retrieve your password if you don't know it). For entries close to the deadlines: although we will make every reasonable effort, we cannot guarantee responses to requests for passwords. Please do not wait until the last minute to enter!
