Packet Pick-up

If you will be staying at the Embassy Suites and would like to have your (or your entire team’s) race packet(s) available for pickup at the hotel, please e-mail gregtuttle@festivalofraces.com to ask that your packet be pulled for pickup in the Chargers hospitality room at our race headquarters hotel on Saturday, October 2, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

General late registration and packet pick-up will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Dick's Sporting Goods at Shoppingtown Mall in DeWitt, N.Y.

Any USA Masters 5 km Championships participant shirts and bib numbers not picked up on Saturday will be available in the USA Masters 5 km Championships hospitality tent at the race site beginning at 7:30 a.m. on race morning.
