Entry Information
You must be a 2010 USATF member to enter the Championships.
If you do not have a 2010 membership, please complete a membership
application first. You must also be a U.S. citizen who is also eligible to
represent the United States in all international competitions and meet the eligibility
requirements and qualifying
standards.

To check the status of your entry, including declarations, visit the Status
of Entries page (statuses are updated hourly). Athletes missing required
documents (see below) will be listed as "info needed" until such
documents are received.

The entry fee for the Championships is $25 per athlete. Late entries incur an additional
$50 late fee per athlete (Total=$75.00) All fees are non-transferable
and non-refundable.
Entry Forms
Online entries must be paid for by credit card ("Visa, the only card
accepted by USATF") or electronic funds transfer ("electronic
check").
Entry Process
- A 2010 USATF membership is required to enter (please join
online if you are not a member).
- To enter online, you will be required to provide your 2010 USATF
membership number and password (click here to retrieve
your password if you don't know it).
- A Help Line is available for those who need help with the entry process.

a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.
- For entries that are made close to the deadlines: although we will make
every reasonable effort, we cannot guarantee responses to requests for passwords.

Declaration Process
Once properly entered, all athletes must also complete the declaration process.
This process confirms your intention to compete in the Championships and allows
you to update your qualifying mark.
- Online is the only method of declaration. No other form of declaration
will be accepted.
- Each athlete or his representative must declare whether that athlete will
or will not compete. The person declaring may submit any corrected or
improved mark.
- Athletes not declaring by the declaration deadline will be scratched.
- To declare online, you will be required to provide your 2010 USATF
membership number and password (click here to retrieve
your password if you don't know it).

- Petitions for Late Declarations
- Petitions may be filed by calling 317-713-4689.
- Athletes submitting a petition for late declaration will be assessed
a non-refundable $100 late declaration petition fee. Late declaration
petition fees may be paid by credit card only.
- Decisions on late declaration petitions will be acted upon by a
special committee no later than 6:00 p.m. Thursday, February 25, 2010.
