Elite Athlete Qualification Program

The Gate River Run, the USA 15 km championship scheduled for Saturday, March 13, in Jacksonville, Fla., has announced its elite athlete qualification program. This year's event will have "A" and "B" standards for travel assistance. The qualifying window to achieve these standards are Jan. 1, 2009 through Jan. 17, 2010.

A Standard: Runners qualify for roundtrip airfare to and from the race and 3 nights hotel

B Standard: Runners qualify for 3 nights hotel, only
