Weight Throw followed by Shot Put

Long Jump followed by Triple Jump
High Jump (following the completion of the 60m)

- All events are FINALS on time.
- Each event will have a championship division for Open athletes and a non-championship division for Masters athletes. During the online entry process athletes 35 yrs.+ will need to choose which division (Open or Masters) they wish to compete in.
Age Divisions
(age of athlete on March 6, 2010)
Open (championship) division: 19 yrs. and older
Masters (non-championships) division: 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59,
60-64, 65-69.....

Awards
USATF East Region Championship medals will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in
each of the Open Championship events.
The East Region consists of the following USATF associations:

Potomac Valley
Three Rivers
Virginia

No pin spikes allowed. 1/4" pyramid or Christmas tree spikes only.
