Merchandise “Warehouse” Sale 
As part of the 30th Anniversary Celebration, Limited Edition 1979 TAC merchandise will be sold at the Virginia Beach Convention Center along with newly released styles available in the expo area. Additionally, you will have a chance to purchase merchandise at a deep discount (up to 75%).  This is our chance to say thank you to our hardworking members and most loyal customers. Be sure to bring extra luggage or plan to buy the newly released carry-on roller bag and fill it up at the Merchandise “Warehouse” Sale!

Green Initiative and Free Wi-fi!
In 2009, more than 40,000 pages were printed at the Annual Meeting. In an attempt to lower costs and promote going “green”, USATF has developed a Document Library.  The Document Library will reside on the Annual meeting webpage.  Contact Katie Landry to submit agendas, minutes or other documents for your committee or meeting.  Documents will be organized by committee and labeled as directed. To further help the environment, USA Track & Field is providing free wireless internet throughout the Virginia Beach Convention Center. The password needed for this connection will be clearly and conveniently labeled on the back of each attendee’s name tag.  It will also be posted at the Internet Cafe and Registration Booth. 

Remember to bring your laptop to take full advantage of these services. By doing so, all attendees will be able to view presentations, documents, and take notes electronically.

The 2010 USATF Annual Meeting Expo brings together equipment and technology suppliers, Convention and Visitors Bureaus, Sports Commissions and more!  This is your once-a-year opportunity to interact with the sport’s top vendors all in one place. Stop by Thursday, Dec. 2 – Saturday, Dec. 4 to get the best deals on equipment for your team, signs for your events, or information on the 2011 USA Indoor Track & Field Championships and Visa Championship Series.  Also, mark your calendars for the Expo Breakfast on Friday, Dec. 3.

  Starts at the Convention Center
  Pre-register for $55 (10 mile) or $25 (1 mile) until Nov. 30
  On-site registration is $60 (10 mile) or $30 (1 mile)
