Course Details

The venue at Rancho San Rafael Park in Reno is already renowned for its superb cross country course. For 2009 the course has been revised to make it even better! The loop courses will maximize spectator viewing points and ease of spectator access. For the athletes there are many hills and valleys and most of the racing surfaces will be either grass, decomposed granite, or ground-up rock. The start and finish are within 200 meters of each other, and the course loops back near the start for easy viewing of the races.
