Packet Pick-up

Packet pick-up will take place at Festival Foods Ticket Booth (at the track) during the following times:

Declarations are mandatory!   At least one hour before your running event. Field events check in at the venue.

If you do not declare you will not compete NO EXCEPTIONS.

     Packet pick-up is NOT declaring Checking in with the clerk is NOT declaring.

You must declare a minimum of one hour before your event starts. You must also check in at the clerks area a minimum of fifteen minutes before your event starts.

     HOW TO DECLARE:  Sign the declaration sheet. Declaration sheets will be posted at the awards area on the south end of the stadium

For early morning events they will be posted the afternoon before. You MUST sign these sheets (declaring) if you are going to compete. Failure to declare means you will be scratched from the event and WILL NOT compete.
