2009 USA Masters Outdoor Track & Field Championships

 The 2009 USA Masters Outdoor Track & Field Championships will be held July 9-12 at The University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The meet will feature athletes ranging in age from 30-95+ in a display of speed, strength, and endurance for all ages. Track events will range from 100 meters to 10,000 meters, while field events will include the full range of jumps and throws.

Packet pick-up will be at the Festival Foods Ticket Booth located at the front gate of the stadium from 6:30am-1:30pm Thurs-Sun of the meet.

Please note that ONLY quarter inch pyramid spikes or christmas tree spikes are allowed. This rule will be strictly enforced by the clerks.

Implement weigh ins will be on Wednesday from 3pm - 6pm and Thurs-Sunday from 7am until the last field event starts. All implements must be weighed in no later than 1.5hrs before your event is scheduled to compete. There will be one house implement per event otherwise athletes are encouraged to share or bring their own implements. Implement Weigh in will take place at the Continental Girbau Laundry Room which is on the southern half of the stadium concourse.

 The receiving dept will not be open on the weekend so any and all implements should arrive on campus by friday July 10th to ensure they get to the track.

We will have an early packet pick-up for participants at the stadium right next to the weigh in room from 4pm to 6pm on Wednesday July 8th. At this table participants will also be able to declare for the 5000 meters which will take place the next morning.

The track will be open for practice from 10am-3pm on July 8th for participating athletes.

The July 11th Banquet will take place at the Oshkosh Convention building on the corner of Main st and Ceape St. There will be a social hour from 6pm-7pm with dinner served at 7pm. The banquet will last until 10pm. The meal will be a seared salmon and a fillet.
