Eligibility Requirements

Athletes

• All eligible members of USATF and eligible members of other IAAF member federations may compete in these Championships. However, only U.S. citizens may score or win Championship medals. Duplicates for all awards will be provided for non-US citizens who place 1-6 (Rule 330).
• Athletes must be 30 years or older on the day of competition.
• There are no performance standards to participate..
• All U.S. citizens must be 2009 members of USATF in good standing. USATF memberships may be purchased online, through your local Association Office, or by calling the USATF National Office at 317-713-4665. Non-U.S. citizens must be eligible members of their IAAF member federation.
