Eligibility Requirements

• General: All eligible members of USATF and eligible members of other IAAF member federations may compete. However, only U.S. citizens will officially score in the Championships.
• Qualifying Standards: There are no qualifying standards for this competition.
• USATF Membership: All U.S. citizens must be 2009 members of USATF. USATF memberships may be purchased online, through your local Association, or by contacting USATF at 317-713-4665.
• Age Divisions: Athletes must be 35 years or older on March 15, 2009. Proof of date of birth will be required from all competitors in advance. Individual competition will be conducted in 5-year age divisions.
• Clubs/Athlete Representation: Clubs must be USATF member organizations in 2009 to score team points and have athletes represent the club. Athletes may only represent a club if that club is part of their USATF member profile.
