Masters Invitational Program - Drake Relays Entry Information

Men age 40 and over may apply to compete in the masters men's 1 mile as part of the USATF Masters Invitational Program.

You must be a 2009 USATF member to compete in the meet.  If you do not have a 2009 membership, please complete a membership application first.  You must also meet the qualifying standard. No more than two athletes from any one club will be selected.

Qualifying Standards

To apply for entry into masters invitational events, you must have met the following standards during the 2008 or 2009 seasons.

* Up to two alternates will also be selected; no more than 2 athletes can represent the same club.

Application Deadline and Entry Fee

The application deadline is April 16, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. PT. 

Application Process

• Completion of an Application Form does NOT mean an athlete is entered in the meet.  USATF will review the entries and, based on qualifying marks in rank order, select the athletes who may compete in the invitational events
• There will be no travel money available to athletes for this event.
