Personal Medical Housing & Credential Status
USATF is pleased to announce the personal medical status for the 2009 IAAF World
Championships in Athletics. Below you will find the list of personal medical
staff identifying the services they are eligible for. Medical should contact Sandy Snow
at sandy.snow@usatf.org to confirm their desire to receive the options
offered. Confirmation of acceptance and payment if needed must be completed no
later than July 20, 2009. Individuals who completed an application but are not
listed below did not meet the criteria to receive the services
offered by USATF.
Personal Medical eligible for team credential and housing/meal
package at the athlete team hotel
Personal Medical listed in this group are eligible to receive a team credential
and the housing/meal package at the US team hotel for a fee. No
single rooms are available and spouses of individuals listed below may not share
a room because the credential is attached to the room. The team credential
allows access to training areas, the official transport system, as well as free
public transport, athlete hotel and seating in the teams seating area in the
competition stadium. It does not grant access to the warm-up area.
Transferable passes will be used to provide personal medical access to their
athletes during the warm-up period. Please notify Sandy Snow at sandy.snow@usatf.org if you wish to
receive these services no later than July 20, 2009.
Note: This housing assumes that USATF will have a team size of 135
athletes including reigning World Champions. Should the IAAF not fulfill
our request for rooms individuals will be moved to another hotel.

Personal Medical listed in this group are eligible to receive a team credential
only for a fee of $125 USD. The team credential allows access to
training areas, the official transport system, as well as free public transport,
athlete hotel, seating in the teams seating area in the competition stadium.
It does not grant access to the warm-up area. Transferable passes will be
used to provide coaches and personal medical access to their athletes during the
warm-up period. Please notify Sandy Snow at sandy.snow@usatf.org if you wish to
receive these services no later than July 20, 2009.

Personal Medical eligible for a Practice Track credential only
Personal Medical listed in this group are eligible to receive a practice
track only credential for a fee of approximately $85 USD (60 Euros).
This credential allows access as follows - training areas, the official
transport system, as well as free public transport. It is to be noted with
regard to the official transport system, however, that this type of
accreditation will not allow you to have access to transport to the competition
venue, nor to the spectator stands in the stadium. Tickets to attend the
competition should be purchased online through the Berlin 2009 website:

Snow at sandy.snow@usatf.org if you
wish to receive these services no later than July 20, 2009. This
credential requires an online sign-up system which will be explained upon
confirmation of acceptance.
