Special Rate Rules:

  • Rooms are limited, and reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. The USATF housing block may be filled before the reservation deadline.
  • The reservation deadline is Tuesday, November 5, 2009. After that date, if rooms are available, the rate may be higher.
  • Check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
  • All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card.  The Hyatt Regency will not take reservations without a method of guarantee. Rooms must be canceled more than 48 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a one night room/tax penalty.

  • Check-in time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
  • All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card.  Reservations held without a guarantee will be cancelled on October 31, 2009.
  • All guaranteed reservations will be charged a one-night cancellation fee ($120 + tax) for all cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival (that is, an arrival scheduled for December 1, 2009 must be cancelled on or before November 2, 2009 to avoid the cancellation fee). All no-shows will be charged a one-night cancellation fee.
  • If your plans change and you will arrive on a different day, contact the Westin directly to change your reservation. Otherwise, your entire reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged the one-night cancellation fee.
