If you are a meeting leader or committee chair and would like to submit an Audio-Visual and/or Food & Beverage Request for your meeting(s), please contact Jeff Mlynski for instructions.

Requests must be completed by November 6, 2009, so please contact Jeff in advance of that date to allow sufficient time to complete the online request form.
