The on-time entry deadline for submitting entries is January 4, 2008. All
entry forms must be received by the USA Track & Field national office by
this date to be considered on-time and not incur the late fee.
The late entry deadline is January 25, 2008. Entries received between January
5 and January 25 will require a $75 late fee (imposed by the meet organizers in
France). Absolutely no entries will be accepted after January 25!

1. What an entry includes
- Meet entry form
(PDF - via meet website)
- Name and address
- Birth date
- Age division (based on your age on March 17, 2008)
- Events
- Fee calculation (in Euros)
- Signature and date
- Meet Companion Entry Form (if applicable; see "Meet entry
form" link above)
- USA supplemental entry form
(PDF)
- Fee calculation in U.S. dollars
- Uniform selection and size
- Uniform shipping address (no post office boxes)
- 2008 USATF membership number (available online
or via your local Association)
- Payment information (credit card, bank check, money order,
personal check) No refunds
- Proof of age (required regardless of submission for past Championships;
copy of birth certificate or passport only - no driver's licenses)
Entries must be received in Indianapolis by Friday, January 4, 2008 to
avoid late fees. From January 5 to 25, a late fee of $75 applies. No entries
will be accepted after January 25, 2008. Please allow
sufficient mailing time to meet this deadline.
2. Where to mail entries and other forms
DO NOT MAIL ENTRY FORMS TO FRANCE!

Housing Forms should be mailed directly to Auvergne Tourisme (the meet's
official travel agency) at the address on the form.
3. Confirmation
