Meet Program Club-Support Ads
If you are interested in purchasing a track team support ad that will be
printed in the 2008 USA Youth Outdoor Track & Field Championships Meet Program,
you need to do the following:
- Please make a check payable to "Charlotte Flights" for $125.00.
- Mail the check to Charlotte Flights, Attention: Track Team Support Ad,
PO Box 562163, Charlotte, NC 28256.
- E-mail your Program Ad in vector format, Word format, or PDF format to
tim.morgan@visitcharlotte.com
by June 9, 2008 with "Track Team Support Ad" in the subject line.
- It cannot exceed a dimension size of 8.5" X 11" (full-page ad).
- If you cannot produce a track team ad, then we will be more than happy
to create one for you for $10 if you provide us with the following:
- 1 or 2 pictures you want in the ad
- Message you want printed in the ad
- E-mail tim.morgan@visitcharlotte.com with all of the information by
June 2, 2008 to make sure there is ample time for production and approval.
- Check amount of $135.00 (includes production cost and ad space)
- We will send you the electronic ad we create for approval. You will
only be allowed to edit the ad once. After the one (1) edit has been
approved by your club, it will be printed, as-is, in the program.
- No ad will be inserted in the program to be printed until after the
check has been received.
- Track teams can purchase more than one (1) ad, but each additional
full-page ad will cost the same amount. If your track team wants to quarter
the full page and allow individual parents of the athletes to submit messages,
that is at the discretion of the track team; the price of the full-page ad
will remain the same.
- One (1) contact name provided by the club purchasing the Track Team
Support Ad will receive two (2) FREE programs!
Make sure your track club is REPRESENTED in the meet program, while your
athletes are REPRESENTIN' on the track!
