Pre-Race Pasta Dinner

The pre-race pasta dinner will be held Friday, December 12 from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at the meet headquarters hotel (Mirabeau Park Hotel) in the Tamarack Spruce ballroom .

Menu (buffet style):
Fresh Classic Caesar Salad - (romaine hearts, lemon garlic vinaigrette)
Penne Pasta Marinara - (fire roasted tomatoes, grated parmesan)
Tri Colored Tortellini - (basil pesto, fresh cream, three cheeses)
Grilled Chicken Breast - (olive oil, fresh herbs, garlic)
Rustic Garlic Bread - (butter, roasted garlic, fresh herbs)
Buffet includes fudge brownies, ice tea, and water

Cost: $18.25 per person
