Entry Information

You must be a 2008 USATF member to enter the Championships.  If you do not have a 2008 membership, please complete a membership application first. You must also be a U.S. citizen and meet the eligibility requirements.

Entry Status

To check the status of your entry, visit the Status of Entries page (statuses are updated hourly).

Entry Deadline and Fee

All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Entry Forms

• Individual entry form
  • Update your mark(s) and/or affiliation before the close of entries
• Club entry form (batch entry for clubs)
  • Update your athletes' marks and/or affiliations before the close of entries

Online entries must be paid for by credit card ("Visa, the only card accepted by USATF") or electronic funds transfer ("electronic check").

Entry Process

• Online is the preferred method of entry. To enter the non-championship 20 km race walk, contact Bruce Vandewater at USATF Adirondack at bruce@usatfadir.org or 518-273-5552 x203.
• A 2008 USATF membership is required to enter (please join online if you are not a member).
• To enter online, you will be required to provide your 2008 USATF membership number and password (click here to retrieve your password if you don't know it).
• Athletes will receive a confirmation page at the end of the entry process; please print a copy of the entry confirmation as proof of entry.
• For entries close to the deadlines: although we will make every reasonable effort, we cannot guarantee responses to requests for passwords. Please enter early!
