Media Credentials

Media credentialing for the 2008 U.S. Olympic Team Trials - Track & Field is closed.

To request special consideration as a late applicant, e-mail olympictrialscredentials@usatf.org. Note also that media hotel accommodations may no longer be available.

Credentialing is done exclusively online, from Nov. 1, 2007 through May 1, 2008, and should be done by a reporter's assignment editor. Please note that a JPEG-format, passport-style photograph of each applicant is required.

Media are encouraged to apply as early as possible.

Upon submitting an application, media will receive an automated e-mail indicating that the application has been received. Applicants will receive a separate e-mail confirming or denying their application within two (2) weeks.

Confirmation e-mails will state whether the application is approved, denied, or pending. If necessary, additional information may be requested. Approval emails will indicate that the Eugene '08 Local Organizing Committee (LOC) will contact the media outlet within two (2) weeks with information on ordering technology, housing, transportation and credentialing on-site.
