Funded Athletes (Olympic Trials "A" standard)

Athletes who have met the Olympic Trials "A" standard should complete the "A" Qualifier Travel Questionnaire and return it via e-mail by October 1, 2007. Athlete's complimentary air transportation will be booked by the Local Organizing Committee, and travel itineraries will be forwarded to athletes.

Non-Funded Athletes (Olympic Trials "B" standard)

Athletes who have met the Olympic Trials "B" standard are responsible for their own air travel but should complete the "B" Qualifier Travel Questionnaire in order to receive ground transportation from the airport to the race hotel.

Ground Transportation

An airport shuttle service for athletes, immediate family members, and USATF officials will operate to and from LGA/EWR and the Headquarters Hotel ONLY. Shuttles will operate on an as-needed basis per the Athlete Questionnaires submitted to the Local Organizing Committee. To take advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle service, athletes must provide travel details to the NYRR office.

Airport Welcome Booth

NYRR volunteers will be available at Newark Liberty International Airport and LaGuardia Airport to assist you with information for ground transportation to the Headquarters Hotel. The volunteers will be located in Newark Airport near the baggage claim area in Terminal C, and in LaGuardia Airport near the baggage claim area in the Main Terminal. More information on meeting NYRR volunteers for ground transportation to the race hotel will be available on October 1.
