• Early arrival and late departures will be confirmed on a space and rate availability basis.
• A credit card is required for all reservations. All guaranteed reservations will be charged a one-night cancellation fee ($80 + tax) for all cancellations after October 31, 2008 and for all no-shows.
• If your plans change and you will arrive later than your original reservation, you must contact the hotel directly to change your reservation. Otherwise, the hotel may consider it a no-show and your entire reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged the one-night cancellation fee.
