Passports and Visas

USATF will process the visas for the Pan Am Race Walk team's travel and entry into Brazil.

Athletes must turn in the following by the dates specified below:

1. Your valid passport
   • the passport must be signed
   • the passport must be valid 6 months after travel
   • the passport must have TWO blank visa pages side by side
2. ONE 2"x2" passport-type photograph
3. A completed Visa Application Form (PDF)

Athletes must turn in the above documents by March 17, 2007 either at team sign-up in Miami, Florida, or by March 20, 2007 via a service that uses a tracking number, such as FedEx or DHL (keep your tracking number), to:
