Travel

Travel must be booked with USATF by June 30.

Athletes and support staff traveling to the World Championships should make plans to arrive at the Kansai International Airport in Osaka. This will be the only airport from which the LOC/USATF will provide transportation to the athletes' hotels.

USATF offers three options for travel to Osaka. These options were given to you at team sign-up.

Remember, if USATF is to book your travel and you did not complete your travel form at team sign-up, you MUST contact Sandy Snow at Sandy.Snow@usatf.org to arrange your travel to Osaka no later than June 30.

Vaulting Poles

Transport of vaulting poles will be provided from the Kanasi International Airport to either the Pre-Training Camp site or the practice site for the Championships. Vaulting Poles must be labeled at both ends of the bag, bearing the athlete's name, gender, country, and event. More information will be available in the Athlete Information Book you will receive in your uniform bag.
