Winter Weather Update

After the biggest snowfall in New York City history, race plans are proceeding. Snow and ice removal are under way at Van Cortlandt Park to ensure the best conditions on the trails for the championships. The weather forecast for this week calls for temperatures reaching 50 degrees, along with some periods of rain, before colder temperatures return for race weekend. Crews will be on hand throughout the weekend to ensure the best possible conditions.
