Entry Information All clubs entering the Championships must be registered 2006 USATF member clubs. To register your club, download a club application and submit it to your local Association by April 20. All five individual members of the team must also be 2006 USATF members to enter the Championships. Individual memberships can be purchased online (membership numbers will be provided instantly). Athletes must be U.S. citizens and meet the eligibility requirements. The entry fee for the Championships is $35 per athlete. There is no additional fee for teams. Online entries must be paid for by credit card ("Visa - the only credit card accepted by USATF") or electronic funds transfer ("electronic checks"). All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Team and Individual Entries All team entries should be completed using the Team Entry form. If athletes are not entered through the Team Entry form, the team must complete the Online Team Declaration form (see below) in order to indicate its scoring runners and form a scoring team. Declarations Note that only five athletes are allowed to be on the final team declaration. The first five athletes listed on your team's declaration shall comprise your club's declared team unless a revised team declaration is submitted no later than the close of entries (see above).
